The Old Rectory, Cotswolds

The brief

To replace and upgrade all existing windows and doors with slimline double glazed Accoya sliding sash windows and doors for our client’s property in the Cotswolds.

How we delivered

To start, we carried out a detailed survey at the property in the Cotswolds with the client to go over the problems they were facing with their existing joinery.

After reviewing carefully, we produced CAD drawings for each item along with elevations in order to discuss and decide on the final designs and specifications.

We spent time working through the different options for timber,  and our client chose Accoya because of the 50 year rot and decay guarantee and the low risk of timber movement over time, something that was an issue on the existing windows where the glazing bars fell off due to movement in the timber.
